Only person that can help is Holger since the library is supposed to
be keyed to your registration keys.
I registered Miami about three months ago and it took him a month to
charge my account. Recently someone else posted they got their SSL
library via email about two+ months later.
I guess he is sorting through his mail as quickly as he can.
