But he's supported nearly every card out there, with either SANA-II or MNI drivers.
Some definitely work better/better performance than others, but nearly all are
supported.

The last time I read this list was in the middle last year. What are the
updates since then? Has Holger done any announcements on further
development of Miami- (and -dx)?
Which ehernet cards are still available and supported by Miami?
