wow rob, looks like you're alienating fellow Miamians.
my penny's worth is that buyers ought to expect the seller to be at least
mildly helpful to someone wishing to purchase and use their software.
That Holger is finding it difficult to devote the time is not surprising,
but is a shame.

Yeah, sure. That's exactly what it was invented for. Cut the crap and stop

If you were in anything like a comparable position then you'd know that you
get what you pay for. In the case of Miami and MiamiDX that's actually a
lot, but it doesn't entitle you to expect to be able to phone Holger up when
you like and say "oi! I can't get this to work - sort it out!"
Still, it's nice to know that you're SO much better than Holger. Have a gold
star. Try a bit harder and you might get a pat on the head.

Not at all. It's pretty normal for software to have little or no support as
standard. You don't exactly get much support from companies like Microsoft,
Sun, etc. unless you pay for it...
