A lot of modems for high speed connections, such as cable or DSL, use ethernet
to connect the modem to the computer. In such cases arcnet *will not* work. x-
surf will though. That is the good news for Amigans. The bad news is that USB
is being used in some places, such as Dish Networks 2 way satelitte internet
connection.
