AmigaInc is looking for people to test Olaf Barthel's AmiNetStack, the TCP
stack for AOS4. What a great pity we will see the end of Miami soon.

As others have pointed out, you will still be able to
use the solutions you have now althought they will be
emulated 68k.
There is a lot of system pieces that are being created
that may be in OS4.0, maybe released after in a boing
bag or may only appear in OS4.2. AmiNetStack is
one of them.
Speaking of which, any Linux buffs out there like to recommend
any really good full modem PCI cards - not the WinModems which
obviously won't work.
We will of course make it work with Modem and Ethernet - not much
point otherwise ;-)
It has been developed on OS3.9 68K so if you want to test it, feel
free to send an email to gary - the more the merrier.

To avoid misunderstandings:
The stack will be available from OS 4.2, not 4.0 ?
And what I am missing in your answer is a definite "yes" or "no" if it
will support PPPoE (Otherwise I cannot use OS4.2 since I wouldn�t have
internet access anymore ...
