Ah. I get this:
Unable to open MiamiSSL. Please verify
that you have Miami keyfiles version 2 or higher, that
that your MiamiSSL encryption library is installed
properly, and that you have installed reqtools.library
version 38 or higher.
Looks like another reinstall is required. Disksalve probably corrupted
