If you can somehow get the company you are connecting to to support PPTP
then you could establish a PPTP connection to your company from the MiamiDx
router, and run IP-NAT over it. (Instead of establishing the VPN connection
from the computer you are using now for it.)

That is the only way it could work. Running your proprietary VPN software
over IP-NAT is impossible, for technical reasons.

Btw, it looks like that VPN protocol your company uses is based on an
old, experimental protocol called SIPP. Back in 1994 SIPP was a
candidate for IPng (it later lost to another protocol though), and it
was also one of the first proposals for using encryption at the IP
level. That is probably why your company uses it. They may have been
involved in the SIPP proposal and used or developed a sample
implementation for it. Unfortunately SIPP is dead now, all drafts with
documentation for it have expired and been deleted, so it is not possible
to support it any more, not to mention that VPN protocol on top of it.
This means there is really no hope of getting any kind of support for
that protocol on your Amiga.
