possibly, but what comes in the kit is unmarked. It is black and about 1/4" wide. It seems more like tacky sealant tar to me and isn't very sticky to the touch. I just went to the 3M VBH site and the characteristics they present doesn't seem anything like the stuff that came in the kit. Randy
