Bryan: Give Mike Paar of "Mike's Place" a call.  He did the "Big Guy Car 
Mod" for me several years ago.  I'm 6'1" and 32inseam.  It involved 
tipping the drivers seat back and messing with the gas pedal.  It did 
make a difference for me.

Bill's suggestion for a reverse Ilizarof Procedure 
(http://encyclopedia.thefreedictionary.com/Ilizarov+apparatus) might 
work, but it will certainly be a touch more painful.
