It's a real simple unit. If the pressure switch is seeing boost (or
almost boost, depending on how you set it) it  runs the 02 signal
through a voltage clamp that holds it down around .3 v. If in vacuum,
signal bypasses the clamp. I would start by seeing if the hose blew off
somewhere...

Subject: OBDII P2195 (O2 stuck lean) with FM O2 modifier


2005 MSM with the FM intake kit and the old type O2 signal modifier. The
car has been running fine but we got a P2195 at Deals Gap this weekend.
Before I pull the modifier out and start testing I thought I would ask
for suggestions. The modifier makes the signal lean but I am assuming
that it is making it "too" lean or "lean too often" and that is what is
throwing the code. I am not sure of the particulars of P2195 so I am not
sure what it is calling "broken".

FWIW, I do have a 2nd modifier to play with if this one is bad.
