I have bluetooth built into my stereo headunit. I didn't think it was a big
deal, but I found I really like it. Phone pairs automagically when started.
It mutes the stereo and rings through the speakers. I can answer without
digging phone out from pocket. Sound comes through stereo, so volume and
clarity is not a problem.
There is a mic built into the faceplate that works OK, Still catches a lot
of wind noise. OK for occasional use, but would not recommend for extended
use as highway speeds are way to noisy. An external mic with a windsock
might help.

I also have an LG earpiece that works, but its overwhelmed with wind noise.
I never use it since I can talk though the stereo.
