Actually, I have a question, I know it's been asked (and answered) before,
but I've lost my archives...
It looks like my boost solenoid isn't working (I get 8 PSI if I bypass it
and connect the waste gate directly to the intercooler tap, WAY too much
boost if I connect it to the solenoid).

How do I trouble shoot this as being a bad valve as opposed to a bad signal?
 Do I just connect 12v from the battery directly to it?  And then which way
should the air flow through it?
