Because if the oil doesn't drain completely from the turbo, and the oil in
the turbo drain can be foamy, then you can end up with oil leaking out of
the turbo seals.

It just hit me that the oil return line on my new setup is under the oil
level.  Is this bad ie do I need to redo it?
