Not too bad, but the lower #4 numbers and the plug buildup might point to a problem. Depending on your definition of "a lot of oil", you may have other problems, too. If a lot of oil is being burned, then you will have blue exhaust smoke. If it is leaking out then you will probably have puddles of oil. Mine leaks a little from the valve cover directly over the exhaust header so I don't get puddles but I do get a little burnt oil smell.
The clumpy buildup might be caused by a bad ignition wire or bad plug. A leakdown test is probably in order. That will give you more clues as to what is going on. Oil problems are usually valve stem seals or rings. Good luck.
