My car sat for a long time, and the battery went dead.

I bought a BT Plus based on the recommendations from a variety of sources.

The BT literature indicates that AGM batts can take a long time to charge,
particularly the last 20% or so.

The BT software goes thru 3 or 4 charging phases, the second to last of
which, "Absorption" is timed and will only last 8 hours upon which the BT goes
to "float."

One 'cycle' wasn't enough to get a charge in. Am I better off cycling the
power to the BT so that the process starts over, or simply to let it 'float'
charge the rest of the way?

And yes, I know my battery may be toast. Piece of crap OEM battery anyway,
only lasted 15 years. Even so, I'm interested in the answer anyway.... (I
sent a similar inquiry to BT HQ but have yet to receive an answer.)
