I'm not sitting in front of a diagram, but I would guess they go on the two male spades we can see in your picture, which is the evaporator temp sensor for the a/c. Little black box with capillary tube going into the evap box.

(this was the car that got the wiring harness transplant. it's a '97). I found two wires behind the glove box that I can't identify. Single wires with black connectors: black with blue strip, and green with red strip. They are secured by a clip on the dashboard structure. (see attached picture) I've been through my notes, and can't find any reference to them.
