   OK, it's a fuel issue.   Jeremy at FM said 
I'd see 35psi at idle (I did) and 45 psi with the vac source disconnected from 
the FPR (I did).

He also said that in boost there'd be a 1:1 ratio 
between boost pressure and additional fuel pressure, so at 12 psi I should see 
57 psi of fuel pressure.   Not even close.  In fact, in boost, it 
got to maybe 48 and then fell to the low 30's and then the car (surprisingly) 
ran like crap.

Here's the weird part- the behavior was far more 
pronounced on hard left-hand turns and sometimes un-noticeable on similar turns 
to the right.

  Anyone ever have the power or ground to the FP crap
