On OSX or Windows, I have found that you can usually double-click the MibbleBrowser.jar
file without setting any of the path variables. (On Linux/Unix, you can usually
use java -jar MibbleBrowser.jar.)
You might also take a look at Dartware's tweaks to MibbleBrowser - we are distributing
a 2.9.3 version from our site that has several usability enhancements. You can
check our tech note for the download and brief instructions.
