I've decided I'm going to get an iMac 700MHz with CD-RW/DVD-ROM. I'm helping my Mom buy it as a graduation present for me. Its gonna be about $1650 with AppleCare. Don't know what the shipping will be though. She's payin $600 or so and I'm payin the rest. I've been saving for awhile and already have my huge portion in the bank. I was going to find something off dealmac or smalldog that was refurbished and forget about the cool 15 inch LCD monitor on the imac, but I just got to play with one on Wednesday and it blew me away. I'm part of the UTMUG at school and we ran an expo Wenesday. I watched some of the guys play 4x4 Evolution and burn DVDs with it. I decided that the tiny monitor isn't that much to complain about. Expandability probably won't be an issue either until the far far future. I graduate University of Toledo on May 11th. Anybody else got one?
