Hi all,

I'm developing a client MICO application that needs to run on "HP-UX
B.11.11 U 9000/800" (this is the result from uname -a).

The mico-c++ and mico-ld scripts are using the aCC proprietary compiler
and I want to use GCC, which is free :-). I looked for an option in the
configure script so I could choose the compiler, but I couldn't find it.

Is there a way to install MICO 2.3.11 in HP-UX so it uses GCC in mico-c++
and mico-ld scripts? I already tried to modify these scripts to use the
same parameters that MICO uses for GCC in Linux. It worked for compiling,
but not for linking.

Best regards,

Joaquim Oliveira
