You'Re correct v4l2ucp doesn't support auto-exposure yet.

But: A patch is already available and hopefully there will be a new release soon.

Anyway, to disable auto-exposure inster the module like this:
# insmod sn9c20x.ko auto_exposure=0

You can also dis- and enable it via sysfs while the module is loaded.
