Its strange that the contrast and brightness seem to have stopped
working for the 6270 since those are controlled via the bridge which
should work the same for all sensors. One thing you should check is
run the command v4l-info and check which format it says your camera is
using because brigghtness and contrast do not in fact work with the
bayer format.
