I got the same problem here.

What I did then :

Delete this account via the delete button. You will see that the entry gets a
D in front and it does not appear on the account list anymore. But it looks like that 
it is
impossible to delete it completely ..., since it will always appear in the account 
creation panel.
I then created the same account again and then it worked.
