Rather than including policies suggestions only in an email, can we please
make sure that all policies make their way to
http://microformats.org/mailinglists-policies/

I don't want to be liable for having studied all emails on this subject, and
I doubt any newbies will go back into the email archives to dig them out. I
also don't want to have to decide which are policies and which are someone's
singular opinions; the wiki process will weed out the latter.
