I see the problem with value excerpting but I don't have any
suggestions for a solution or a better name right now.
BTW, in your example, wouldn't it be easier to just include the
'hmeasure' class in the <li> like this:
<li class="ingredient hmeasure">
...
</li>
Would an hmeasure-aware agent be able to just ignore preparation-note?
Also, I'm thinking that renaming 'preparation-note' to just 'note'
would make it more useful for things like color and size?
