Mike: This is our speciallity. You have to apply a rainfall-runoff model, but you should have measurements or records of some closest stream gage of your river in order to use the ratios of behavior of this stream and to transpose them to the synthetic runoff series generated with the model in your hydropower potential. In this way you will have a long term of daily flows or monthly flows according to your requirements based in the rainfall and then you can view the driest and wet years of energy production.
