I am interested in somebody that has a small Hydro system with not greater than 2 -3 KW AC generator to test a new very simple design that has the capablity of maintaining the frequency or the AC output voltage. The controller operates by phase loading the generator into regulated output or frequency Interested in a place if possible in the State of Texas, as close as possible to Dallas.
