For the head & water volume, it is best to have a BANKI. I could be designed for generator direct drive
Water velocity is close to 25.4 m/sec,Turgo and Pelton will require multiple Nozzles and design for low RPM generators. If you are interested there are many BANKI sources in USA, Europe, South America that could supply it ( I have contacts in Colombia, Chile, and possibly Argentina). Bankis may last 50 years without major maintenance.
