Sandeep, Your question is very important. Index cost are like a cheewing gum. Factors are: size in kW, head, flow, penstock material and length, site position, facilities for construction, type of contract, power house constrution type, electrical lines length, etc. For a range, say 10 - 50 kW, cost could be tipically about 2,500 - 4,500 US$/kWe, with well made and reliable equipment and construction.
