No need to add transformers, the voltage can be set to adjust the voltage to 
a distant place.

I have adjusted places, sometimes 2 kilometers away, using a secondary 
carrier back to the generator, or even placing the ELC controller at the 
load site with a protecting secondary voltage limiter by the generator.

There are many ways to do control -- Just do a good analysis and have the 
necessary equipment.
