Cather: I may be wrong, but I think that you may install a Turbine and generate power, though the level, I do not know.
Your info was scant, more is needed, also what is what you really needed, want, afford or the minimum you can accept with certain investment. Photos and good description may define with more sense if the power can be harvested. If you have them, send them to me.
