Assuming its HDPE (polyethylene) Warm up the rolls inside overnight.
Move it quickly to a spot near the installation. Secure one end and roll (downhill if possible), keep the roll together and hold it upright as it unrolls, like a big wheel. Tie off the other end and stretch it out as straight as you can. Leave it alone for awhile as it loses its "memory". Drag it in-line into position. Have fun!
