You forgot one thing:
How far does the water fall? In other words you must be able to tell the
difference in level from the topmost point to the point where you wish to
intall your wheel. If you cannot find this vertical height difference then you
must find a way to measure the velocity of water at the point where you wish to
set your wheel. This will enable us calculate the possible output and the
parameters of your wheel.
