I need PPSFT Testing Manager resume. Do not send in any techinical guy. MUST
HAVE WORKED as a ERP Test/QA test manager

Peoplesoft FSCM test management
Candidate will work with Functional Test Lead, administers and co-manages the
overall OL Test Plan, NIKU Time Tracking, Change Management, Issue Resolution,
and Risk Management
Must have 5-10 years experience with first line ERP test management or
equivalent
PS project management experience with testing responsibility, 2 years of PS 8.9
PO and Inv knowledge, 3 years solid experience with integration testing,
identifying
data flows, flow through testinf (process utilizing interfaced data), and
various
integration technologies, ie. Integration Broker, MQ series, EDI, batch files.
3 years experience with regression testing and test automation.
5 years experience managing matrixed teams, 5 years experience working in large
organizations with multiple stakeholder groups, excellent written and oral
communications,
much of the work is via teleconference so managing work across virtual Org. is
a must, excellent negotiation skills-able to work with a wide array of leaders
with competing agendas, and able to work in a high pressure environment.
