I have the following immediate replacement position Sacramento – 6 months + - rate - $ 40 an hour Experienced .NET programmer with full knowledge of the IDE etc. MCSD or MCPD preferred Ability to develop a detailed design document May have to develop some code Act as a mentor to the client's staff showing them what they will need to use and consider to render the design. The programmer will never write a line of production code, but instead document a full design over the next 4 months. They might write a couple lines of reference code to demonstrate a technique, but that’s it. The programmer will act as a mentor to our staff person (who will work side by side with them) showing them what they will need to use and consider to render the design.
