2 immediate Systems Support Analyst/Engineer openings here in Phoenix. $40\h 1+ year contract Phoenix, AZ *Systems Support Analyst/Engineer* This group works for the production support team involving multiple applications, these applications run on webMethods/weblogic UNIX platforms with a backend Oracle database. *Responsibilities:* - Incident management - logging, prioritizing and resolving incidents and track them against various SLAs. - Configuration management - tracking the versions of key system artifacts and source code in version control software (CVS & ClearCase). - Change Management - submitting change requests, documenting impact and benefits, obtaining approval by a change control board and managing the implementation using PAC2000. - *Integration Engineering – Manage code deployments and migrations through the environment stack from Development, to SIT, to UAT, To Prod and BCP. * - Research, develop, and deploy automation scripts and tools to improve the teams overall efficiency - *Excellent listening skills, self-starter, assertive, thorough, follows established procedures and the ability to meet deadlines* ** - *Must be able to communicate effectively and work well within a team environment. * - *Manage projects in SharePoint. * *Minimum Qualifications:* · *3 to 4 years of production support experience.* · *Strong understanding of UNIX fundamentals with scripting experience* · Understanding of multiple file formats such as XML, IDOC, EDI, and Flat File. · *Knowledge of webMethods and Itemfield mapping technologies.* · *Strong SQL skills.* · Good understanding of MS office tools. · Experience with Incident/Problem/Change tools like Remedy PAC2000 tool. · Experience with versioning tools such as CVS/Clearcase. *Preferred skills:* · *Knowledge of using SharePoint with ability to customize workflows. * · Knowledge of Perl scripting. · Knowledge of weblogic administration. · Good understanding of ITIL concepts. · Knowledge of various Transmission protocols such as FTP, SFTP, FTPS, NDM, MQ, and HTTPS. · *Previous experience in the Financial services industry.* * PLEASE SEND ME THE RESUMES TO MY OFFICIAL ID BELOW* *Best Regards* *Chris** Nihaki Systems,Inc.
