*Lead Testing Engineer*
We are looking for an individual with following skill sets and experience:
· Understand the functional specification and scope of projects.
· Demonstrated ability to analyze business and technical
specifications and design test cases.
· Develop test cases to fully exercise the application under
development.
· Full lifecycle testing of the application, both manually and using
various tools.
· Analyzes the results of all phases of testing in order to provide
recommendations to various project management teams.
· The candidate must have experience in SOA including WSDL, XML, and
/ or SOAP messaging.
· Must have experience testing MMQ or MQ Series messaging.
· Must have used tools like XMLSpy or SOATest.
· Report and track defects in Quality Center Test fixes submitted
from development.
· Attend project meetings Requirements: The successful candidate
should have strong analytical skills and be able to successfully multitask
in an interrupt driven environment.
· Experience testing internet-based applications is required.
· Familiar with the concepts and tools for bug tracking and
resolution.
· Ability to function throughout the entire QA lifecycle.
· The candidate must have demonstrated strong and clear
communication skills with the ability to work with all project members
including representatives from business and technical groups of people in a
collaborative environment.
· 7+ years of Testing experience with strong background in Software
Quality assurance. 2+ years in demonstrated leadership capacity involving
supervising 3 or more testers
· Good understanding of web based service-level interaction, able to
debug/trace low level HTTP(s) data interchange.
· Experience / Understanding of builds, configuration, environment
setup.
