The Web Intelligence Senior Product Manager oversees efforts to ensure that web intelligence and reporting needs for the Web Presence Platform (portal technology) are delivered on time on budget. This involves developing new processes, new metrics and a data governance strategy that will ensure relevant, accurate and timely data for ISG.

 

The Product Development function is responsible for effectively bringing products to the market that meet customer (e.g., member, broker, consultant, purchaser, internal customers, etc.) needs and expectations and ensures that product and operational goals are achieved. The Product Development function may also be responsible for some aspects of product management where deemed necessary.

 

Major responsibilities of this position are:

·      The primary goal of the Web Intelligence Senior Product Owner is to develop Web Intelligence capabilities on the Web Presence Platform (WPP), which is developed on portal technology.

·      Web Intelligence Senior Product Owner maintains clear understanding of the needs of for those who interact with WPP. This requires partnering with KP IT to evaluate the current infrastructure and operational practices, and identifying and developing enhancements.

·      Web Intelligence Senior Product Owner is responsible for web data governance. Working across multiple business units and IT will be critical in driving this effort.

·      The Web Intelligence Senior Product Owner serves as a program-wide consultant and content expert for KP data, providing guidance and support to internal and external customers, and national and regional customers.

·      The Web Intelligence Senior Product Owner maintains responsibility for developing workflow processes and guidelines to ensure the delivery of high quality information; maintaining knowledge about and enforcing HIPAA regulations and KP policies about privacy and confidentiality when handling data; and staying informed about Web Intelligence industry best practices.

·      Demonstrated skills are required in the areas of consulting, product and project management, problem solving, data analysis, innovative and critical thinking, and persuasion and motivation.

·      This position must be able to prioritize and resolve conflicting demands from different customers.

·      This position must also be able to effectively communicate in both written and oral presentations.

·      The ability to quickly and effectively navigate in a large, complex environment with multiple stakeholders is essential.
