looking for a Amdocs Support Specialist for our Atlanta, GA
team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

   - Application support for the global CRM Solution Amdocs Clarify
   - Responds to users for support requests; setting appropriate
   expectations for resolution time
   - Manage customer relationships ensuring customer satisfaction
   - Provide technical assistance as necessary to end users and development
   staff
   - Constantly look for and develop innovative solutions / ideas that will
   improve customer experience and/or increase efficiency
   - Assist in application implementation or enhancements (i.e. quarterly
   releases of CRM- Clarify, and/or implementation of new tools such as telecom
   software upgrades

Qualifications



Required Skills:

   - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or
   equivalent educational / work experience
   - 3+ years experience in Amdocs Clarify application support
   - 5+ years experience in IT  application support
   - Experience with MS SQL Server
   - Understanding Tuxedo & WebLogic, VB.Net is a plus
   - Knowledge in Call Center business processes
