- Strong documentation skills
- Experience with Basel I a definite advantage. Candidates should have
domain knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Banking and
Financial, Risk Management, MIS, Basel II and Marketing Analytics.
- Strong communication skills – both oral and written
- Strong process analysis – business as well as system,
- Minimum 5 years banking experience – wholesale or securitization type
- experience. Ideal strength in finance/regulatory capital area
- Minimum 5 years business analysis experience
- Excellent Excel, Visio, Access skills
- Experience with SDLC
- Experience with Testing (QA, UAT) is a must.
- Technical Experience – SQL experience, knowledge of DB platforms,
experience with test (test cases, scripts)
- Ability to build trust and confidence in business partners
- Tenacious and able to follow through on deliverables
- Demonstrates initiative
