This position requires knowledge of antivirus products, change management and communication skills. The candidate must be customer focused with some basic technical skills. Position Responsibilities: Coordinate the implementation of upgrades for sites. Develop site specific migration plans to support implementation of Security & Privacy initiatives at sites where global standards have not been adopted. Present security improvement projects to global\regional\local management and change control boards Initiate and manage change control process with various organizations to support Security Operations’ deployments. Remediate problems associated with the antivirus suite. Perform analysis of ePO data and create reports to support team initiatives. Act as subject matter expert and mentor team members on various organizations’ change management processes. Provide training and maintain training material. Provide clients with ePO information and site analysis. Perform product testing. Maintain monthly site and ePO reporting. Provide patch reports and analysis, as requested Provide 7 x 24 on-call support. Provide Security & Privacy team queue coverage. Resolve Peregrine tickets within stated SLA. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience in IT. Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft server platforms and client\server environments. Effectively coordinate multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Ability to articulately discuss technical issues with both technicians and clients. Effective time management skills demonstrated by successful and timely completion of projects. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
