Driving down incident rates and working with 1st line Operations to improve service recovery times. To ensure that all aspects of operability are delivered as part of the implementation process while ensuring that existing service levels are maintained or improved. Ensure full compliance to operational standards, procedures and best practice. This involves close liaison with various operational, project, development and product teams as well working within the Service Organization to ensure ongoing service and support can be maintained to agreed service levels * * *Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:* - Coordinate the introduction of modifications, engineering changes and new techniques to the production environment. - Interface with development regarding system design enhancements and the elimination of intermittent hardware/software problems. - Provide engineering assistance relative to design compatibility.
