*FOR BOTH FUNCTIONAL LEAD POSITIONS:***
*Position Summary***
Accountable for the overall timeliness and quality of project deliverables
as outlined in the IT Project Road Map for 2009. The ideal candidate will
have excellent communication and leadership skills and will be responsible
for the quality review and acceptance of business requirements. They will
conduct FIT GAP analysis on requirements and suggest gap closure strategies,
having worked closely with the business to agree on the most effective
solution.
Works with technical staff to in project estimation and budget creation and
creates a realistic project deliverable schedule and with business leaders
to quantify the project benefits.
*Position Responsibilities*
· Drives project delivery by ensuring agreed upon schedules are met
· Ensures quality of deliverables
· Leads the creation of functional and configuration documents
· Liaises with business leaders to reach agreement on solutions and
works with the technical team to deliver solutions
· Communication of activity status at various levels within the IT
organization and the business
· Mentor and grow project team members
Although this position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, the
ability to work in a matrixed environment and obtaining buy-in from all
participants is essential
A Bachelor’s Degree is required; a Master’s Degree is a big plus. PMP
Certification is also preferred.
*INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS (One of each):***

*Functional Lead for Procurement, Inventory and Sourcing Applications*
8-10 years of relevant work experience in Custom and/or Packaged Application
Development is required. 3-5 years current work experience with Oracle’s
Procurement, Inventory and Sourcing applications. Experience in Derivatives
and hedging (commodities) trading. Ideal candidate should have a minimum of
one implementation of Allegro and 3 or more full lifecycle implementations
of Oracle eBusiness suite with responsibility for application configuration.
Experience with leading Fit Gap analysis sessions and driving consensus for
gap closure decisions.
*Functional Lead for Accounts Receivable, Credit Management Applications*
8-10 years of relevant work experience in Custom and/or Packaged Application
Development is required. 3-5 years current work experience with Oracle’s
Accounts Receivable and Credit Management applications. Experience in Risk
and Exposure and collections management.
3 or more full lifecycle implementations of Oracle eBusiness suite with
responsibility for application configuration.
Experience with leading Fit Gap analysis sessions and driving consensus for
gap closure decisions
