JR SAP HR Analyst – 6 week contract located in Plano, TX
*Qualifications:***
2 years college or specialized training - Required
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
1+ years SAP HR related previous work experience
Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu
of degree.
Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing
priorities and deadlines
Customer service, teamwork, problem-solving and relationship skills
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required
This individual will drive regional reporting to include monthly and
quarterly workforce reports for headcount, terminations, turnover
percentages, vacancy reports, EEO compliance reports, etc. Maintain HRIS
data accuracy and integrity by running reports and identifying re-occurring
trends. Partner with Sr. HRIS analyst to make sure workflow administration,
security, and testing requirements are met.

*Responsibilities:*
Complex Report Writing and Analysis
Support the SAP design and configuration within the SAP HR module by
resolving defects, solving end user problems, answering module related
questions and testing/validating functionality
Data entry of forms
Work with Sr. HRIS analyst to develop and manage an audit process that
ensures accuracy of data entry.
Partner with functional teams within HR on special projects/tasks (HR,
Compensation, Benefits, IT, Staffing, Training, etc.)
SAP HR modules to include, PA, OM, Workflow Administration, AdHoc Query and
BW.
Ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues across
various HR modules
Participate in rollout/installation of new business systems
Answering 800 number for customer support.
