Position : Oracle Performance Management Functional Consultant Location : Chicago, IL Duration : 6 + Months Phone hire Need two professional references from recent projects Description: · They are doing this implementation in 12i, don't expect someone to have a lot of experience in 12i, probably hard to find, but the person must know what is available in performance mgmt in 12i, ----don't want the person to be studying up on 12i when they are on a billable project. · They are not doing any customizations, only personalization's, it is important to have experience with personalization. · The company is global, has 3,000 employees, of which 500 are managers with direct reports · Currently they manage performance with Excel.
