REQUIRED SKILLS:
· PeopleSoft upgrade experience utilizing Change Assistant/Upgrade
Assistant in an Oracle/UNIX-AIX environment
· Previous experience in the role of technical upgrade specialist on
upgrade projects to HCM 9.0
· Excellent knowledge of the PeopleSoft upgrade process including
applying updates, fixes and patches with upgrades to HCM 8.9 or 9.0
· Understanding of data structure changes between application
releases and impact to application functionality
· Experience with PeopleSoft Application DBA activities including
PIA administration, configuration and tuning
· Knowledge of and ability to provide knowledge transfer to
technical team members on PeopleSoft tools and technologies such as
Integration Broker, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine,
Security from a PS Admin perspective, and Workflow
· Strong experience with AIX and UNIX shell scripting
· Experience with SOA, JAVA/J2EE based web services; configuration
and orchestration with third party systems and PeopleSoft
· Proven experience as a technical lead in large and complex HRIS
upgrade projects
· Experience directing, leading, managing, and mentoring technical
staff
· Proven experience in delivering large and complex projects on
budget and on schedule
· Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision both
independently and as part of a team
· Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, and written
communication skills
