Help maintains DNS, SMTP, DHCP, domain controllers, active directory applications, printing, mail, web servers; SharePoint servers, VMware, FTP services, etc. for the enterprise. · 20% Responsibilities include providing root cause analysis of escalated and complex incidents. Maintains integrity of Windows/Linux accounts and data on the enterprise's servers. · 20% Researches, installs, and tests software updates and patches to supported applications and various operating systems · 20% Client Facing role with hands on Leadership in technical planning, design, implementation in a multi-platform enterprise environment. Under the direction of Senior Global Operations Management, will provide a leadership role in day to day activities for site customers in the area but not limited to the operations organization. · 20% Works with the project team members to include timely and effective reporting, tracking, follow-up, and communication.
