*QUALIFICATIONS:*
• Degree in Information Systems or technology related field
• 6 - 10 years of experience in product/software development and/or business
analysis.
• 2 – 3 years of experience in business partner liaison roles.
• Enterprise analysis, strategy and vision planning
• Demonstrated ability to lead program-level business system analysis
projects, feasibility studies, competitive analysis and business cases
• Demonstrated understanding of system design concepts and high level design
creation.
• General understanding of technology and software
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to develop a work plan to
ensure work flow success
• Assess, define, negotiate and document project scope, system impacts and
project rough order estimation.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and facilitate large cross functional
meetings
• Promote consensus on a high level view of the project.
• Perform thorough high level requirement interviews with project Business
and IT stakeholders.
• Ability to document initial project issues, risks, assumptions and
requirements as they pertain to the project business case.
• Create process flows and diagrams necessary to assist the initial business
case requirements gathering and system impact assessment process
• Create system/process flow diagrams necessary for business understanding
of IT Applications.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to work
collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues
• The ability to analyze, understand and document business scenarios.
• Experience with system development methodologies
• Follow policies and procedures to ensure audit and corporate compliance
• Consistently deliver status and time tracking regularly to management

• Experience in software/application development and business partner
interaction
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Posses excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft application software (i.e., Word, Excel,
Visio, PowerPoint and Project)
• Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, work independently
• Ability to work in a team environment and be open to change
• PBM or healthcare experience, including knowledge of PBM products and
services helpful
• College degree or equivalent experience
