Analyze SalesForce design and implementation to understand requirements on data migration, including validations, triggers, linkages. Design technical solutions for data migration issues: system requirements; reconcilation, normalization, and validation of data; object linkages; extract and load processing times; other issues. Manage onsite and offshore developers to implement solutions and data migration executions. *MUST HAVE SALESFORCE.COM EXPERIENCE* *Required Skills*: Experienced in responsibilities outlined in Job Description Extensive experience in complex CRM data migration: hands-on, architecture, and leadership (min. 3 years architecture and leadership) SalesForce data migration and software development technical implementation experience.
