I have the following immediate need:

Please go through the entire job description, it needs WIN FORMS experience. Web experience is not considered for this project.  Latest project must be under win forms. Looking for profiles dot net architect level. They do not need to be Architect but experience must be equal to Architect level.

This job requires very good experience in Enterprise Library, Smart Client, Composite Application Block Architecture,  WCF, WWF, Winforms, C#.NET and SQL Server 2005. This job starts from 4th week of June 2009.
 

We need very good and solid profiles who has Computer Science Background. 

Candidate must have B.S. Computer Science with  10 to 12 years experience or M.S. Computer Science with  8 to 10 years experience.

Candidate must have atleast 2 years as DOT NET Architecture or Lead experience. 

Interview: 2 Rounds telephone + In-Person interview for CA candidates. 

Rate: Open

Location: Los Angeles Area, CA

Duration: 1 year + 

It is long term project. 

.NET Technical  Developer 

The .NET Developer is responsible for receiving work specifications from the architects team and produce high-quality software components, provide feedback, test, etc. Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to:

·           Code and maintain business applications based on business requirements .

•           Is well versed in  .NET technology.

•           Code WinForms application in .NET 2.0/3.0 or better, using C# (Required for this position)

•           Understand and use design patterns, including Composite UI, Smart Client Framework and other application blocks.

•           May conduct research and analysis for projects, evaluate tools;

•           Software design, engineering and/or development for government uses;

•           Participation in the development and preparation of documentation for, but not limited to, procedural, program and user documentation;

•           Designs, develops, installs, implements, fine tunes, documents and/or maintains databases, database dictionaries; monitors standards and procedures and integrates systems through database design and administration;

•           Works with users to ensure successful system implementation; may assist in user training;

•           Occasionally, may provide guidance and assists in training of less experienced staff;

•           May research or write portions of technical proposals;

•           Maintains state-of-the-art knowledge and compiles information into recommendations and analyses.

Skills: 

Individual must have the following skills and experience: 

•           Thorough understanding of Object Oriented methodologies.

•           Hands on experience developing/enhancing and maintaining complex Client/Server (WinForms) application build in .NET 2.0 or later using C#

•           Well versed with all tiers of the application and able to work on UI, Business Logic as well as the Data Layer.

•           Thorough understanding and hands on experience with design patterns and application blocks

•           Some data modeling and normalization experience including writing complex Stored Procedures for MS SQL Server 2005

•           Other Tools - Crystal Reports, Infragistic UI controls, OnBase (Document Storage and Retrival System - DSAR: preferred but not required);

•           Development Platforms/IDEs: Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 / Team Suite.

•           Database Servers: Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and 2005;

•           Source Code Version Control: Microsoft Visual Source Safe, Team Foundation Server;

•           Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal;

•           Ability to handle assignments concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
